View of the Romanesque church of Maillezais, with its semi-circular apse and richly carved façade, featuring Saint George slaying the dragon. The monument, classified, was restored in 1874 and 1903. Reverse: publisher Phototype Jehly-Poupin, Mortagne (Vendée), with space for correspondence.
