Postcard showing the classical façade of the Church of the Madeleine in Paris, with inscription describing its copy of the Parthenon of Athens, completed in 1843, and its pediment depicting the Last Judgment. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. G. Delange in Grenoble, with a 10-centime postage stamp and postmark 'PARIS 47'.
