Description

View of Napoleon I's tomb inside the Invalides monument, with its red marble sarcophagus and marble statues on either side. The printed text indicates the monument's construction in 1841 and the presentation of the ashes in 1840. On the reverse, the card features the publisher L. Lévy, a handwritten inscription 'Paris 7e', and the emblems of the Red Cross League and the French army model.
