View of the City Hall of Paris, an imposing Haussmann-style building with slate roofs and numerous windows, in front of a paved square where pedestrians and trams are moving. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. P. P. Rauchas in Matamans, with a tax stamp and postmarks from the Treasury and recipient dated October 28, 1914.
