Description

Dramatic scene of four children in a forest: a boy holds the hand of a girl, another looks at a child lying on the ground, while a fourth comforts him. Printed text at the bottom: « AN EARLY DUEL » and poetic verses. Reverse: red 10-centime stamp, two postmarks from Asnières-sur-Seine dated October 24th and 25th, 1906, handwritten address to Madame Luzambo Batieb in Lamballe, Côtes du Nord, and mention « Papier Guillenault ».
