Blank postcard with handwritten text in French and German on the back indicating the sender from Lambersart, the destination to Paris, and a mention of the contest 'Telle Fjours'. Two Helvetia stamps (20 and 60 centimes) are affixed, with a circular cancellation from Lausanne dated July 28, 1963. The back also bears the inscription 'N°173 : The city is Lambersart'.
