Postcard sent from Oxford, dated July 24, 1958, addressed to the Board of Elections in New York. The reverse contains a handwritten letter from George Michael Woloch, of St. Margaret's Rd, Oxford, England, explaining an error in his voter registration. Three stamps are affixed: one blue 1d and two red 2½d. The circular postmark reads 'OXFORD 24 JULY 1958'.
