Description

Black and white view of the summit of Gran San Bernardo (2467 m) on the Italian side, with stone buildings at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The reverse features a handwritten inscription 'my regards, see you soon Suzanne', an address to Chevilly Larue (Seine), a French 8-franc stamp, and two postmarks: 'ST. BERNARD SOUV. CHAMONIX' and 'PRAZ HAUTE-SAVOIE 21-1-1952'.
