View of a large white hotel complex on the coast of Gran Canaria, Playa de Patalavaca, with a blue sky and calm sea. On the reverse, a handwritten letter from 'Garn' to 'Esveline Picard' in Poissy, France, dated September 1952, mentioning a pleasant stay and a bus tour. Two Spanish stamps (5 and 8 pta) are affixed, with a cancellation from Puerto de la Cruz.
