Black and white view of the former provincial psychiatric hospital in Colorno, with a church with a bell tower in the background. The reverse features a handwritten inscription 'Bons Souvenirs d'Italie' and an address to Madame Moathon in Paris, along with an Italian 15 lire stamp dated 1938 and a Parme cancellation.
