View of the entrance and walls of La Alcazaba, a Hispano-Moorish fortress perched on rocky terrain, with a few visitors below. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Éprencelle in Portillar, France, dated September 1953, accompanied by two Spanish stamps (50cts and 3cts) and a cancellation of 'ISACCO' (Almería).
