Description

Black and white photograph of a rider in riding gear mounted on a rearing horse in a field. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Saumur (Maine-et-Loire) on November 15, 1915, with a blue 15-centime stamp and handwritten text addressed to Paris. The recipient is 'M. S. Schubert' in Paris 6, with a note of admiration: 'What inspiration! Bravo, have fun and with good heart.'
