Black and white view of a lighthouse with black and white stripes, the Chassiron Lighthouse, located at Saint-Denis-d'Oléron, at the end of an avenue lined with vegetation. The back features handwritten correspondence dated 1933, addressed to Mrs. H. Pauwage in La Baule-les-Pins, with a blue 40-centime stamp and a postmark from Saint-Denis-d'Oléron.
