Description

Monochrome illustration depicting Richelieu on the Rochelle dyke, surrounded by monks, with ships in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 1st, 1908, sent from Rochelle to P. D. La Rochelle, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a Rochelle postmark.
