Two 5-centime postage stamps are affixed at the top right, canceled with a circular postmark of 'NOUR' dated 05. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Mrs. Roger in Paris, with a note stating 'For use only in internal service (France, Algeria, and Tunisia)' and the full address of the recipient.
