Stone statue of a young man nude holding a musical instrument, accompanied by a lying lamb at his feet, in a dense vegetal setting. Printed text at the top: '634 - MONTPELLIER - Square de la Gare - The Shepherd'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mr. Aubert' at 'Janataium' (probably Janataium, Germany), postmark and postal cancellation from Montpellier dated February 14, 1916.
