View of St. James' Palace in London, with a clock on a fortified building, carriages and pedestrians. The reverse has a handwritten address to Monsieur Hubtscher in Villeret-v.Bar, by Donchery (Ardennes), with a ½ penny stamp and a postmark from Donchery, France, dated 12 March 1901.
