Black and white view of a wave breaking on a rocky shore at La Tranche-sur-Mer (Vendée). The back has a handwritten inscription 'Souvenirs de Vacances' addressed to Danièle, as well as the publisher's address 'Éditions N. ZAIS, 18, avenue du Général de Gaulle, Nantes'. A 12-centime postmark with a cancellation of 'VENDUEL' dated 10 May 1915 is affixed.
