Description

Humorous illustration of a PLMP train with sailors in uniform looking out the windows, one holding a knife, while a traveler in a suit and hat stands beside them. The carriage bears the inscription 'DAMES SEULES'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated Monday, December 15, 1919, addressed to a 'dear friend', mentioning a leave of absence and departure. The stamp and cancellation are not visible.
