Portrait of a young girl in a pink dress sitting on a gilded chair, holding a basket of pink and white roses. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated April 28, 1919, written from Châlons-sur-Saône to a cousin, mentioning arrival in Châlons after a difficult journey and the travelers' fatigue. The stamp and cancellation are visible.
