Swedish aérogram dated 10-10-1949, franked with four 10 crown stamps depicting King Gustave VI Adolf, with a circular postmark 'FIRST REGULAR FLIGHT STOCKHOLM-LOS ANGELES VIA GREENLAND' and a 'SVERIGE' postmark across. Addressed to Comdr. R.W. Murch in Kirkwood, Missouri, USA. Printed text in Swedish indicates 'AEROGRAM' and 'LUFTPOST PAR AVION'.
